The majority of our cases are brought as Class Actions. We also represent individuals with substantial personal claims. Generally, the firm handles cases on a contingent fee basis, which means that we do not expect to get paid anything unless we are successful in resolving our clients' claims and obtaining a monetary recovery or other restitution. The firm also generally advances all costs necessary to litigate our clients' cases to a conclusion, and we do not generally expect our clients to pay any retainer or other fees to obtain our services.
