Lippincott v. Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation, C.A. No. 97C-07-011 (Delaware Superior Court, Sussex County)

Ms. Caldwell was appointed lead counsel by the court in this consumer fraud class action, filed in 1997, which alleged that Polo Ralph Lauren engaged in deceptive marketing and advertising practices in connection with the sale of its products at Polo outlet stores. Ms. Caldwell and her co-counsel negotiated a settlement on behalf of the Class, which was approved by the Court in April, 2000.
